Who requires a licence:

A pesticide dealer is a person (or business) that sells pesticides to an end user.

Retail pesticide dealers that sell commercial and/or restricted class pesticides in Manitoba are required to have a Pesticide Dealer Licence.

The Dealer's exam replaces the requirement of Pesticide Core and your additional category (Agriculture Ground, Livestock, etc) that were necessary to obtain a Dealer licence in the past.

This course is offered by Assiniboine Community College (ACC). For registration information visit Assiniboine's website ( or call 1-800-862-6307 ext 6716 or email
