Industry Consultations: What We Heard Reports
 
Manitoba Agriculture invited small, medium and large agri-food businesses in Manitoba to participate in an Agri-Food Trade Strategy Survey.  The invited participants were selected based on company size (sales revenue), domestic and/or international trade experience and interest in expanding into new markets or existing markets outside of Manitoba. The Value Added Branch manages several interactive apps to help you navigate the food industry in Manitoba.
 
The Food Ingredient and Product Directory App is designed to build awareness of Manitoba food and beverage manufacturers and brand owner's food ingredients and products, and make it easier and more efficient for local, domestic and international buyers to identify and source Manitoba food ingredients and products.
 
The Commercial Community Kitchens for Rent App allows food processors to search for permitted processing facilities based on their unique food processing equipment needs. 
 
The Co-Packer Service Finder App streamlines a co-packer search by filtering co-packers by type of product and packaging.
