- To encourage the sustainable developement and use of Manitoba's energy resources and technologies.
- To build on Manitoba's strength in clean, renewable power and create conditions to atrract investment in energy solutions throughout the province.
- To support the reliabe and affordable supply of energy across the province.
- To enhance energy efficiency and energy conservation measure in Manitoba.
- To fost innnovation in energy technology and processes.
