Learning and Development
Learning and Development (L&D) delivers a broad range of training services that support competency development and capacity building within the Manitoba government. L&D works with employees and government departments to improve performance in innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
More Specifically we:
- Offer a variety of training in the areas of leadership and management; interpersonal skills; oral and written communications; and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide customized and in-house group training to meet the specific needs of your program area and department.
- Provide a variety of learning formats, such as workshops, webinars, blended learning, and online learning.
- Offer certificate programs, leadership programs, and executive development programs.
- Offer training services to support transfer of learning and application of knowledge in the workplace through informal learning.
- Support the Learning Policy and Learning Plans through a network of Learning Champions and program activities.
