Update your Manitoba Health Card
You are required to report any changes in personal information, location, immediate family, or immigration status to Manitoba Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care within 30 days to remain eligible for coverage.

Name change
Divorce or separation
Add a spouse
Add a dependant
Notification of death
Moving out of Manitoba
Change of sex designation
Replace your Health Card
New Work Permits and Temporary Permit Extensions
Change in Immigration Status
