At Jobs on Market, we can support your job search by providing advice, use of onsite computer and printing services and access to job bank information. There is no cost to use the services and you may receive help paying for essentials like food, housing and transportation while you look for work.
Services at Jobs on Market include help with resumes, access to job listings, voicemail services, ongoing assessment and support from employment counsellors and grocery vouchers for people not enrolled on Employment and Income Assistance.

What do I need to bring with me to the office to meet with an employment counsellor?
- Social insurance number and identification.

- There is no cost or fee to attend Jobs on Market.
Can I walk in to browse job search resources and use the computer/printer?
- Computers and job search services can be used on a walk-in basis.
- Printing resumes and cover letters is offered as a free service.
Do I have to use Jobs on Market before I apply for EIA?
- No, you can apply for Employment and Income Assistance at any time if you need money for basic costs like food and shelter. However, you must be found eligible to receive any benefits from EIA.
