Our Goals
The Climate and Green Plan provides direction for Manitoba to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and address the effects of a changing climate, build a green economy, protect valuable water resources, and conserve the natural environment.
The plan is founded on:
- knowledge and foresight
- planning and adaptation
- education and awareness
- local and Indigenous knowledge
There are also four key parts of the Plan implementation:
