Payment Options

Here are the following options for paying your Provincial Offences ticket:

ONLINE

Visit the Online Fine Payments page and follow the instructions on the site. When paying online, tickets must be paid in full.

E-TRANSFER

Notice - Accepting E-Transfers for POC Tickets

BY MAIL

Send cheque or money order, in Canadian funds, payable to the MINISTER of FINANCE to:

Provincial Offences Court
373 Broadway
Winnipeg, MB R3C 4S4

Include a copy of your ticket or write the ticket number on the cheque or money order. Do not mail cash or post-dated cheques. You must pay in full (no partial payments). Make sure you allow enough mailing time for the payment to get to the court office by the final response date shown on the ticket.

IN PERSON

Pay at any Provincial Court Office in Manitoba by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – except holidays).

If you are unable to pay the full amount of your ticket, you must go to the nearest Provincial Court Office between the response dates shown on your ticket to request time to pay before a justice.
