Every June 15 unless your Series has matured. If matured, they can be processed for redemption at any time.

Redemptions will only be accepted during the designated redemption periods.

Annual bonds are paying at par.  Annual interest will be paid separately.

23. How do I change my banking information for interest and maturity payments?

 

Interest payments and maturity amounts are directly deposited to your bank account. If you have changed your banking information, please contact the registrar.

Contact TSX Trust Company, Telus Sky Building 685 Centre St. SW., Suite 2110, Calgary AB T2G 1S5 or by fax at 1-888-249-6189.

In order to update your direct deposit information a VOID cheque will need to be provided. If a void cheque cannot be provided, the Registrar requires a direct deposit authorization form/letter completed by your financial institution. The form/letter must include the financial institution's logo and domicile stamp with the branch address and be signed by an authorized signing officer of the financial institution. Please include the name and telephone number of the financial institution representative. The form/letter must also include your banking information (transit number, account number) and your name and address.
