Strategic Communications in the 21st Century Government

Communications has become a key strategic activity, both inside and outside of government. The development of a professional communications community in the public service and drawing the line between partisan "spin" and non-partisan provision of information are challenges for the future.

Featuring Dr. Paul Thomas, Professor Emeritus, University of Manitoba, author and advisor to governments. Moderator: Dan Lett, Journalist. Winnipeg Free Press.

Seating is limited. Complimentary event, by registration only. A light breakfast will be served.
