Environmental Farm Plan Workshops

Environmental Farm Plans (EFP) are an essential part of every farm operation. The EFP process guides producers through various aspects of their operation to help assess and identify the environmental assets and risks. An action plan is then created to address high risk areas.

EFPs must be renewed every five years to remain valid. If you are unsure if your EFP is valid, please contact Keystone Agriculture Producers (KAP) to inquire at (204)697-1140.

REMINDER: Once you have completed your EFP workbook, you must set up an appointment with a Keystone Agriculture Producers (KAP)Reviewer to have your workbook reviewed before you can be issued a Statement of Completion certificate.  It is the Statement of Completion certificate that serves as proof you have completed the Environmental Farm Planning process.

During COVID-19, all EFP workshops were held virtually via GOTo Webinar. This provided a good segueway for a new contactless method of Environmental Farm Planning, which is currently being developed.  There are no traditional EFP Workshops scheduled during this time.

Please be patient as we  transition to this new  EFP system .  If you would like to be contacted once the new system launches, please email ManitobaEFP@gov.mb.ca with "NOTIFY ME" in the subject area.

If you require an EFP immediately, please email ManitobaEFP@gov.mb.ca

If you already have gone through the EFP process and would like an EFP Farm Sign in recognition, please email a copy of your Statement of Completion to ManitobaEFP@gov.mb.ca with "Farm Sign" in the subject area.
